Welcome to the Alameda County Legal Secretaries Association!

"Serving Alameda County Legal Professionals Since 1936"

The Alameda County Legal Secretaries Association (ACLSA) is a non-profit, professional organization established in 1936 for the purpose of networking and furthering the education of its members in the area of law office administration and procedure. The ACLSA's objective is to advance the knowledge, professional skills and personal development of its members by providing resources, programs, services, workshops and seminars which help to elevate the role of the legal professional in the workplace.

ACLSA is affiliated with Legal Secretaries, Incorporated (LSI®), California's premier Legal Secretaries Association founded in 1934. In addition to LSI and ACLSA, there are over forty legal secretaries associations chartered throughout the State of California.

The ACLSA maintains a high standard of ethics and professionalism and works to promote meaningful fellowship amongst its members through educational programs, monthly membership meetings, monthly news bulletins and various social events.
